Elizabeth works with NY State Senator Anthony Masiello to bring her program to children from Buffalo’s inner city.
Elizabeth O’Donnell, SABAH and interested citizens recognized the need to bring this program to children from Buffalo’s inner city and so Elizabeth O’Donnell worked with concerned citizens, NYS Senator Anthony Masiello, the State University College at Buffalo and Dr. Richard Quinn of the Buffalo School System’s Special Education Department. The School-time Adaptive ice skating program was established at the State University College at Buffalo’s ice rink as a result of these efforts.
